These practices will be led by trained Mindfulness teachers and are suitable for people who are new to Mindfulness and people who have been practicing for a while. If you are feeling low, dispirited, disconnected, lonely, or if you simply wish to take a breather on Christmas day and (virtually) gather with some other like-minded people, please go to the website (Just turn up as you are, no need to put your video on, or speak). On the home page of mtai.ie, you will see a link, just click on the zoom connection which will take you straight to the “waiting room” where you will be let in.
The sessions will be 30 minutes and will run on the hour from 9am to 9pm. We hope to see you there.
Since March, we have been offering free live guided zoom sessions (here). Three times a week you can join, on a Monday and Friday at 9 am and on a Wednesday night at 9 pm.
