Course Description

I'd like to invite you to this Drop In Session Online, which is suitable for anyone who has already taken part in any kind of mindfulness course.

The intention of this 2.5 hour session is to support you to continue your commitment to mindfulness practice. I also hope that taking part in this session may help to deepen your experience of mindfulness and support you to integrate it more fully into your everyday life.

I hope that it will also be nourishing for you.

The session will offer you some quiet time allowing you some head space and time for self-care.

It will be practice based and will include a range of mindfulness practices, including mindful breathing, sitting meditation, guided body scan meditation, and gentle movement. The session will introduce a theme for reflection and practice and also some group dialogue.

Profile Summary

Susan runs a range of mindfulness courses and workshops, in person throughout County Kerry and is also certified to teach LIVE ONLINE. She teaches the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course, Introduction to Mindfulness courses and conducts mindfulness and self-care workshops and presentations for a range of organisations, health services and educational institutions. Susan is Teacher Trainer on the Masters in Mindfulness Based Wellbeing in UCC. She also offers Supervision and Mentoring to qualified and trainee Mindfulness teachers. Susan has been committed to a personal meditation practice for more than 3 decades.
