Who is a Mindfulness Taster Session suitable for?
If you are completely new to Mindfulness; if you’re curious about Mindfulness; if you’d like to dip your toe in the water before committing to a course, then this Taster Session will be perfect for you!
This practical and informative workshop will introduce you to the theory and principles of Mindfulness. You will also have the chance to try out several mindfulness practices, including a body scan, gentle mindful movement, and awareness of breathing practice. The workshop will provide a little bit of calm, allowing you to establish an intention of self-care.
