Course Information

Description

As all Mindfulness teachers know, engagement in regular supervision whilst actively teaching is an important cornerstone in upholding the integrity of our work and maintaining our professional standards.

Group Supervision brings together a small group of teachers who meet online to explore together aspects of their teaching and personal practice. While the format is different to individual supervision, the same spirit of mutual inquiry, embodied presence and compassion underpins each session. Group supervision offers a supportive space whereby teachers can experience a sense of collegiality and common humanity as they listen deeply and share with each other. Group Supervision is different but certainly not lesser than Individual Supervision.

Beginning again in late March and early April 2026, I will offer  2 x new rounds of Group Supervision for qualified mindfulness teachers on Tuesday evenings and Thursday evenings.

Group Supervision will comprise 4 x supervision sessions, each held fortnightly online via Zoom and each session lasting 2 hours.

Group Supervision is open to you regardless of the curriculum, format or context in which you are teaching. So, whether you are offering MBSR, MBCT, Mindfulness in the workplace or in an educational setting, you will be welcome. You may be new to teaching or are already quite experienced. In fact, even if you are not actively teaching right now, you will still be welcome as there is much to explore from this “in-between” space. I believe that a group of teachers working in different contexts and with different curricula can add to the richness and diversity of the group supervision experience.

Through compassionate presence and mutual inquiry, the group supervision space will enable you to reflect on the various aspects of your teaching and also your personal practice.

To reserve your space, please forward a deposit of €45 HERE
