Description

Winter is a season of slowing, not sprinting. For this week’s Wednesday night check-in, I’m proposing to have some quiet time to meditate & reflect on the year gone by and soften into intentions for the year ahead. No resolutions or activity lists — just exploring how we want to BE, and letting the doing wait for spring 🌱 So maybe lighting a candle, taking pen & paper and getting cosy for this gentle reflection session.
