MBSR | Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
Can benefit people dealing with:
- Stress, Anxiety
- Acute or Chronic Illness
- Facing Retirement
The main focus of MBSR or Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction is exploring stress and learning ways to manage nervousness, anxiety, overwhelm, exhaustion, acute or chronic illness, facing retirement or having too much to do that relaxing is impossible.
MBCT | Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy
Aimed at people who:
- Regularly experience low mood
- Have had depressive episodes
- Are not currently depressed
MBCT or Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, is aimed at people who tend to experience low mood regularly or who have had depressive episodes but are not currently depressed.Studies show that MBCT is an effective method of doing this and reduces the risk of relapse by up to 50 percent.
Mindfulness and Compassion
Recommended for anyone who:
- Has a strong inner critic
- Finds it hard to like themselves
Mindfulness and Compassion teaches the skills of kindness and compassion for oneself and others, including the blocks that make this hard for us. Recommend to anyone who has a strong inner critic or who finds it had to like or love themselves.

Designed to help manage:

- Chronic pain
MBPM, Mindfulness Based Pain Management, (Breathworks) is for anyone with longterm health problems to help manage your condition. By developing the skills of awareness, you can live well with your condition.
