Dear Member.

In the interests of public safety, it is with some regret the Board decided to cancel the AGM
for this coming April. We hope to hold the meeting later in the year in September.
You may find the information below useful for yourself and participants.

Re: COVID-19 virus:  The Health Service Executive (HSE) has advised that there is no
need at the moment for most people to avoid public places, unless you do not feel well, even
with minor symptoms such as a headache, a runny nose, or a cough or if you have traveled in
the last two weeks from a country where the virus is spreading, even if you have no
symptoms.

We suggest that you share this HSE link on your site or send out to participants that might
be thinking of attending a course https://www2.hse.ie/conditions/coronavirus/protect-
yourself.html and keep yourself informed and up to date with current HSE professional
advice.

We will also by putting this link on www.mtai.ie and advise that you look at the HSE site
regularly. You might find letter below helpful for participants.

Hope you can stay well and we know that practice will help not only ourselves but those
around us.

Warmly
The Board.
