Interpersonal Mindfulness Practice - Cultivating Mindfulness in Relationships

Interpersonal Mindfulness Practice is based on the work of Gregory Kramer and his practice of Insight Dialogue. It is rooted in Buddhist wisdom and laid on a foundation of mindfulness.

Developing interpersonal mindfulness skills leads to being more fully present and caring as we negotiate the delicate territory of being with others. The outcome of this is clearer communication and greater understanding of the effect of all our interactions.

The weekend is based on the principles of Insight Dialogue and the six Insight Dialogue Guidelines will be introduced and practiced.
