Kay delivers Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction in Education to teachers yearly. Many participants become leaders of well-being back in their own school.
She writes regularly for InTouch, A lust for Life & Educational journals. Volunteering is high on her agenda and to this end she has collaborated with Asthma Ireland, Peter McVerry Trust and the annual teachers congress.
In 2015 Kay completed .b mindfulness training followed by the PAWs mindfulness curriculum training in July, 2016.
To add to the wellness work which she champions Kay now teaches yoga to children and is certified from The Elbow Room.
Kay is up to date with curriculum changes, stress in schools & has extensive experience as a class teacher. She is student centered & adds fun, colour & creativity to her work with clients.
