Noeleen is a fully trained MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) and MBLC (Mindfulness Based Living Course) teacher and is also trained to teach .b course to 11-17 year olds.
In 2018 she completed an 18-month Diploma in Teaching Mindfulness-Based Interventions at the Mindfulness Centre for Professional Training in Dublin and in 2016 she completed a 12-month teacher training programme with Mindfulness Association UK after completing a foundation year.
She adheres to the good practice guidelines developed by the UK Network of Mindfulness Teachers and the Irish Good Practice Guidelines for Teaching Mindfulness-Based Courses
She is a member of the Mindfulness Teachers Association of Ireland and the Mindfulness Association UK and continues to develop her personal practice and her teaching by attendance at cpd trainings, receiving regular supervision and attending silent retreats and keeping up to date with the latest research.
Noeleen offers a range of mindfulness based interventions for wellbeing and recovery in a range of settings. Her courses include the 8 week MBSR, introduction to mindfulness, wellbeing days, mindfulness practice classes, workshops, retreats, looking after our mental health and taster sessions.
She has been practicing Meditation and Yoga for several decades and has had an established daily mindfulness practice.
She is passionate about transformation and wellbeing and is committed to helping others to create lasting change.
Noeleen is an experienced trainer, coach, mentor and qualified yoga teacher with YFNI (Yoga Fellowship NI). Practicing yoga and mindfulness has enhanced her own sense of mental and physical well-being and regular practice enables her to continue developing a deeper wiser relationship with herself and others.
