Privileged to be working in the field of Grief, Loss & Bereavement, I honour the uniqueness of each ‘lived experience’ with a mindfulness-based approach. One that blends biophilia and psychotherapy and invites a rediscovery & reconnection to the resilience that rests within each of us.
