- Download and complete the Full Membership Application Form (Word Doc)
- To Apply for student membership, please download and complete the Student Membership Application Form (Word Doc)
- Save all documents before emailing.
- Email the following to [email protected]
- Completed Application Form
- Copy of Qualification Certificate
- Proof of Professional Insurance
Next Steps
When your application form has been reviewed and accepted, you will receive an email and be asked to pay the appropriate fee through the members area.
