About Córa

Approach, Philosophy and Specialisation

I take a mindful, embodied approach to learning and change — helping people slow down, see clearly and reconnect with their own inner steadiness. My philosophy is rooted in psychological safety, gentle pacing and practical clarity: when people feel grounded, they learn better and lead with more intention. I specialise in mindfulness‑based interventions, embodied resilience and supporting individuals and teams who are navigating overwhelm or complexity, offering tools that bring ease, focus and spaciousness back into everyday life.

Professional Background

My background spans software product management and global operations across multiple Fortune 100 companies. I have successfully led globally dispersed development teams in Agile environments, delivering product updates to hundreds of millions of customers on a regular basis. This experience gives me unique insight into the demands of an ‘always-on’ multinational software sector—and the pressures that accompany it. Today, I serve on the board of a community organisation and contribute to community-led initiatives, while also working within corporate and educational sectors.

Teaching Experience and Personal Mindfulness Practice

I’ve been teaching yoga and mindfulness since 2016, working with all ages — from parent‑and‑toddler groups to active‑age communities. Breath, mindfulness and loving‑kindness are woven through every class. My own practice in mindfulness and somatic movement is integrated into my daily life, and this lived experience helps me support others to weave these tools into their own lives exactly as they are. Over the past decade I’ve taught thousands of people across workplaces, parks, community centres, schools, universities and healthcare settings. My delivery is rooted in helping individuals get to know themselves and what feels right for them — meeting themselves where they are and honouring a pace that supports their wellbeing. I create safe, inclusive spaces with plenty of choice, modifications and adjustments so each person, or group, can practice in a way that genuinely nurtures their needs.
