Qualified MBSR Teacher with the IMA - Institute for Mindfulness-Based Approaches. She holds a Postgraduate Cert in Mindfulness Based Practice Research @UCC and is currently studying for an MSc in Psychotherapy. She is also a qualified Heath Yoga Teacher since 2002 (YTTC - Yoga Training and Therapy
Donna has taught Yoga since 2002 and is qualified in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction since 2017. She provides training to the corporate sector and teaches with care, passion and authenticity which comes from her daily practice, annual retreats and commitment to professional development on an ongoing basis.

About Donna
Donna took her first yoga class in 1994 and realised the benefits straight away. She has taught Yoga since 2002 and is qualified in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction since 2017. She found Mindfulness to be the missing piece of the jigsaw in her life and that it supports an ease in everyday living, reduces overthinking, rumination and anxiousness.
She provides training to the corporate sector and teaches with care, passion and authenticity which comes from her daily practice, annual retreats and commitment to professional development on an ongoing basis. Donna brings to her teaching a background in managing and leading teams in Aer Lingus for over 20 years and her experience in facilitating workshops since 2002. She is the founder of iMind Training which supports employees in the workplace.
