When you work in HR as I have done for nearly 30 years both nationally and internationally, you have the privilege of meeting so many wonderful people, of witnessing how when people come together remarkable things can happen, you also see how perhaps life can be busy, times can be hard and we all struggle from time to time. A passing interest in meditation has grown over the years to a deep and personal practice which has resourced me in many ways and my hope is that I can pass those skills on to others, mindfulness is a part of who we are, we just sometimes need the space to practice and come home to ourselves.
I have a particular interest in short, accessible programs which can provide practical skills to participants and which may provide the foundation for each person to embark on their own discovery of what mindfulness might mean for them in their own rich, busy, challenging and extraordinary life.
I have completed the MSc in Mindfulness Wellbeing ( UCC ) and am accredited to teach the Introduction to Mindfulness Course ( Oxford Mindfulness Foundation ) .
