About Rachel

Approach, Philosophy and Specialisation

With a Master’s in Mindfulness-Based Wellbeing from UCC and over 15 years of experience as a full-time yoga therapist, my work weaves together evidence-based mindfulness, embodied movement, somatic wisdom and the radical act of rest. I hold space for individuals, groups and organisations to slow down, regulate, and reconnect to what truly matters.

Professional Background

Through MyWellBeing and MyWellBeing at Work, I create experiences that blend gentle movement, deep rest, breathwork, journaling, and heartful reflection. My corporate sessions, retreats and online offerings are designed to restore clarity, creativity, and compassion—especially for women in midlife and leaders navigating stress or transition.
