Summary

This research addresses a gap in existing literature by examining the long term effects of MBSR. Participants who had
completed a program 3 months, 1 year or 3 years previously were included.

Brief results summary – The study highlights the transformative potential of MBSR with evidence of positive long-term effects in overall wellbeing. It is considered that the program provides very effective strategies to help manage stress and improve mental recovery.
