What drew me to mindfulness and meditation was the way in which it steadied and comforted me, deeply, and continues to invite me to embrace the only time we can ever be sure of the “right here, right now”. And what a great privilege to walk in that space, as best I can, and share this with others.

About Caroline
Approach, Philosophy and Specialisation
My hope for the person reading these few words is for the experience of mindfulness to be a true awakening, a re-remembering of the wonder of one’s own self, one’s natural grace and dignity – alongside a healthy knowledge of and relationship with the “shadow side”. And from that space, navigate this experience of what it is to life this life – with a sense of kindness, strength and wonder – as best we can.
