Description
This three-hour workshop is an invitation to gently reconnect with yourself through mindfulness practices: awareness of breathing, a bodyscan, mindful movement, mindful walking in nature, and mindful inquiry.
If you are interested in attending this workshop, you are invited to book a place here. An email will be sent to you to acknowledge your booking and give you a few more details.
This morning of practice is open to MTAI members who would like to connect with each other. It is also open to non-members who are interested in mindfulness practices.

Lorna Daly
Diploma in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
Lorna has been a member of the Board of MTAI since 2023. She is the Director of Operations. She is a qualified Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Teacher with the Mindfulness and Compassion Centre. Lorna is a project manager for the Institute of Chartered Accountants. She regularly delivers mindfulness practice with the business community.

Máire O'Higgins
Chair of the Mindfulness Teachers Association of Ireland Mindfulness MBSR Teacher Training Certification from the Institute for Mindfulness Based Approaches (IMA) Masters in Applied Spirituality South East Technological University .b certified teacher with Mindfulness in Schools Programme UK Masters in Chaplaincy and Pastoral Care Dublin City University
Máire is Chair of the Board of the Mindfulness Teachers Association of Ireland (appointed May 2026).
In her role as Chair of the MTAI, Máire is interested in nurturing creative and supportive spaces and opportunities for members, to help to mindfully deepen agency and creativity, and to strengthen our common humanity and be the best mindfulness educators and practitioners that we can be.
