About Damien
Damien holds a BSc Hons in Mental Health Nursing and an MSc in Mindfulness Based Interventions. He currently works within the HSE in a recovery oriented eco therapy programme (www.solasdonegal.org) for adults with mental health difficulties. Mindfulness practice is an integral part of the daily programme. He also co-facilitates HSE staff well-being days.
