My approach to mindfulness is grounded in compassion, practicality, and real-life integration. I believe mindfulness is not something we “perfect,” but something we gently return to—again and again—in the midst of busy, full lives. My work is rooted in both formal practice and lived experience, supporting people to bring awareness into everyday moments rather than adding more pressure to “do it right.”
With a background in mindfulness at master’s level and a deep interest in human behaviour and emotional wellbeing, I guide individuals to build a more resilient and adaptive response to stress. I place particular emphasis on self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and cultivating a kinder inner dialogue.

I am a qualified mindfulness teacher delivering Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programmes, alongside women’s circles rooted in mindfulness and self-awareness. My teaching spans a range of settings, including corporate wellbeing workshops and community-based mindfulness events, allowing me to work with diverse groups and needs.
