Approach, Philosophy and Specialisation
I have a particular interest in Mindful Parenting having written a research thesis on this topic as part of completing my thesis at Bangor University, Wales where I was awarded an MSc with distinction in 2017. I have an ongoing interest in the Buddhist background to Mindful Meditation, and in Mindful Compassion. In 2022, I completed teacher training in Mindfulness Based Compassionate Living.
