About Denise Coleman

Denise has been practising mindfulness for a number of years, as a parent of a child with mental health problems she has come to know the support that mindfulness can offer to both parents and carers alike.  She delivers weekly mindfulness classes as part of a support programme for parents of children with ADHD.

She has worked in the public and private sector for over 40 years and understands the benefits that increasing mindfulness in the workplace can have on both the individual and the collective.  She delivers mindfulness courses to a range of organisations and as part of workplace wellbeing programmes.

Bringing mindfulness to the community is close to Denise's heart, having grown up in a marginalised community herself.  She delivers mindfulness courses within various community settings and is involved in community development programmes aimed at the women within the community.

Denise delivers the Mindfulness in Schools programmes (MiSP).  She delivers mindfulness courses as part of a support programme for children with ADHD.

Denise continues to work in the area of health and wellness with over 25 years experience working as a reflexologist, massage therapist, reiki master, Bach flower remedy practitioner and fitness instructor.
