I have been teaching mindfulness to groups and individuals since 2008 with the desire to help others live happier and healthier lives, with greater meaning and satisfaction. I am a Senior Trainer with Breathworks C.I.C., and I also have training in MBSR and Mindful Eating.
I do mindfulness and compassion with individuals, working alongside people who wish to manage ill-health, reduce stress, change their eating habits, or simply improve their quality of life.
I run courses on Mindfulness for Health (for anyone with a long-term health condition) and Mindfulness for Stress, as well as workshops and bespoke courses in workplaces and organisations.
I am also involved in training people to become mindfulness teachers, and I'm an approved Supervisor of accredited Breathworks trainers.
All the mindfulness work I do is available both in person and on-line.
