Arising out of my practice and experience in professional psychology (clinical and educational), I come to mindfulness-based work with an ever-present wish to support others in finding their way to reclaiming their own well-being and discovering the wealth of treasure that lies within. Â Mindfulness has many doors to offer as a way of finding our way home to ourselves, each other and the planet. With kindly curiosity and sensitive guiding, let's see what we can discover together.Â
I continue to offer a blend of in-person and online mindfulness-based programmes and sessions. My core training is in MBSR with additional training in .bFoundations (Mindfulness in Schools), Finding Peace in a Frantic World (Oxford Mindfulness Centre), Â Mindfulness Outdoor Experiences (Kripalu), and One-to-One programmes for adults and adolescents including Trauma-Sensitive Practice and Embodied Listening (David Treleaven, Stephen Porges, Deb Dana)
In addition to courses I also provide regular Drop-in Mindfulness Meditation classes, day retreats, weekend and week retreats.Â
I provide corporate workshops in support of staff health and well-being.Â
I also provide mindfulness-based supervision for MBSR teachers and psychologists implementing mindfulness-based and -informed interventions.
I am a trainer with Mindful Academy Solterreno, an international training centre of MBSR teachers and lead ongoing professional development for mindfulness teachers.Â
I have completed additional specialist training in mindfulness-based supervision with Alison Evans, Mindfulness Network UK, group skills with Trish Bartley, Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guiding with Micah Mortali, Inquiry & Dialogue with Saki Santorelli and MBI-TAC Assessment of Mindfulness Teaching Competency Levels 1 & 2, with Rebecca Crane and colleagues at Bangor and Brown Universities.Â
